Product Overview

The 30kW DC rack power system provides a high-capacity, resilient DC power solution designed specifically for telecommunications infrastructure, data center operations, and industrial applications requiring dependable DC power distribution. It accepts 220VAC single-phase input and delivers a stable DC output adjustable between –43VDC to –58VDC, with a nominal operating point of –53.5VDC. Offering a maximum output capacity of 30kW, this system reliably supports high-demand installations while achieving power conversion efficiency exceeding 96%.

Featuring a modular and redundant design, the system supports up to ten 3000W rectifier modules configured for N+1 redundancy, with each compact module weighing under 2kg. The rectifiers utilize forced-air cooling, achieve a near-unity power factor (≥0.99), and maintain low total harmonic distortion (THDi ≤5%) for efficient and clean power conversion. With front-access maintenance, top-panel cabling, and IP20 ingress protection, the 6U rack-mountable chassis emphasizes operational safety, ease of service, and straightforward integration into standard 19-inch cabinets.

The DC distribution panel is equipped with four 125A single-pole battery circuit breakers and includes both Load Low Voltage Disconnect (LLVD) and Battery Low Voltage Disconnect (BLVD) functionality for secure and flexible power management. System intelligence is provided by a dedicated controller featuring four analog sensor inputs, eight digital status inputs, and eight configurable dry-contact alarm relays.
